COLLABORATIONS
Nancy and Pierre have shared studios in various locations at home and abroad for many years, sometimes painting side by side; so it is literally natural that the response to each others’ works would lead to collaboration, usually with Nancy creating the original abstract color field and Pierre then superimposing a narrative drawing to complete the work.
Such enthusiastic response from viewers to these paintings and prints has been quite heartening for them since so much of what they believe in as artists has to do with a loving relationship between each other and between themselves and the natural world. Their paintings are inspired by long walks they take almost every day along nearby rivers and mountain trails outside their northern New Mexico country home.
They often say with delight that in collaboration “One and one makes three.”
The Archival Prints offered on our website are a Limited Edition of One Hundred, numbered and signed by the Artist.
They are of the highest quality, created with archival inks and printed on imported cotton rag paper, similar to watercolor paper.
Even though the inks and paper both have UV protection, the prints need to be framed. It is best not to hang them in direct sunlight.
The prints will be sent within 2 weeks after purchase. They will be rolled in a strong tube and shipped fully insured via FedEx or UPS, for $45. To purchase a print, please email us using the contact form.
